What does it cost me to register with Recruitment Answers?


There is no fee to register with us all our service and support mechanisms are free to all our applicants, so relax and let us do all the work on your behalf.




What happens when I register with you?


Our interviews will ascertain your current and previous experience, achievements, skills and attributes. Most importantly the majority of the interview is devoted to identifying your criteria for your next role including your motivations, company profile, job profile, salary expectations and culture of the company.




Who will you send my CV to?


Your CV only goes to our client once we have discussed in detail with you the role, job brief and profile of the client. Where possible we will tell you who the company is. Once you are happy we will talk to the client to secure the interview and once secured the client will receive your CV. This protects your confidentiality and ensures you know exactly which role we are trying to place you in from the outset.




What happens when I get an interview?


This is where our service and experience really comes into it’s own, we will help you to prepare for all your interviews and this may include CV preparation, role plays, mock interviews, company profile briefs, client personality, presentations and interview tips. We aim to give you all the tools and information you need to secure the job of your dreams.




Will you return my phone calls?


Yes! Our consultants are highly selective over who they interview typically 6-10 per week, this ensures your dedicated consultant is available to talk to you and coach you through the recruitment process. This also means our team spends the majority of their time working proactively to secure you the right position.




Will you truly listen to my needs?


Ignoring your needs is a recipe for disaster. Placing you in the wrong job damages our reputation with you and our clients. We want to place you into a career not just another job.

Our sales division operates across all spectrums of Business to Business and Business to Consumer sales recruitment from Telesales, Field Sales up to Senior appointments at Director level. Our Commercial division caters for all Permanent roles including secretarial, administration and office staff.
